HCN strongly recommends that you update your MDref database every month. Monthly PBS changes, including new items, Streamlined Authority changes and PBS pricing details, are included in the monthly MDref update. Without this data you are at risk of creating invalid PBS scripts.
The patch for Medical Director & PracSoft (Version 3.11) is now available from the HCN Website. This update contains enhancements, modifications and fixes to Medical Director/ PracSoft 3.11.0..
Please note:
After successful installation of this update you will see the version number displayed in Medical Director’s title bar (which should now be labelled ‘Medical Director 3.11.2′).

Please note before installing ensure that you have upgraded to the new Medicare Australia Location Certificate
If you have not upgraded, you will receive a 3009 code error when when doing OPV checks, online claiming etc within PracSoft 3.
