We offer computer network support agreements to many of our customers.
These are paid monthly and entitle the client to
- Preferential treatment over clients without network support agreements
- All support including call outs and remote support for the agreed price. There is no additional cost.
- Support includes updating all systems with latest patches, Medical Software updates and regular maintenance
- We support Medical Director, PracSoft , Best Practice and Compudoc Medical Software
- Hardware supplied at invoice cost.
The pricing is calculated on the size of the network and the investment ranges from $150.00 to $750.00 per month and covers networks from 4 to 25 workstation
The site has to have a broadband connection available to all systems. Remote support is supplied by Teamviewer which is installed on all computers and allows immediate access to the computer to give timely support.
There is no fixed contract and the network support agreements are on a month by month basis.
