It is an easy to use secure solution which allows us to fix problems on your system without coming on site.
The procedure to use is simple.
- Download the Support program to your desktop
- Run the program
- Contact us on 0438 736697 (Australian Mobile) and give us the ID
- We will connect to your system and analyse the problem and if possible fix remotely
- On completion, we will shut down the connection.
Please Note:
- The connection is safe and secure
- It must be initiated on the client end
- There can be no connection unless it is initiated by the client
